Looking for something beyond our regular menu? We offer a limited number of premium special orders for customers who want something extra — whether it's a special flavor, a custom gift, or a closed-day pickup for a celebration.

What We Offer:

  • Closed-Day Pickup or Local delivery (Monday or Tuesday)
    Available for orders $100+
    Perfect for birthdays, office surprises, or out-of-town visitors.
    By appointment only.

  • Specialty Flavors for our 6 and 9-inch cheesecakes
    We make more than what’s listed on our site. If you’re craving something like passion fruit, vanilla bean almond toffee, caramel-pecan , we have up to 40 flavors, we may be able to help.

  • Custom Recipe Requests
    Have a family recipe you’d like us to recreate? We offer limited custom collaborations based on our availability and schedule.
    $100 minimum order applies. Not all requests will be accepted.

Pricing Structure

We use a simple tiered pricing system to keep things fair and sustainable:

Tier 1 Flavors from our current inventory Regular pricing 6-inch-55; 9-inch 97
Tier 2 Flavors requiring special ingredients Add $15
Tier 3 Customer-provided recipe  Add $25+

You’ll always receive a custom quote before confirming your order.

How to Request a Special Order

Please include:

  • Desired flavor(s)

  • Pickup or local delivery 

  • Preferred date is outside our regular hours of Wed - Saturday 11 AM - 4PM

  • Any special notes (e.g., dietary needs, gifting occasion)

A Few Things to Know:

  • Special orders are subject to availability and ingredient access.

  • We do not create cheesecakes based solely on photos or magazine images unless a recipe is provided. Recipe development is not offered. 

  • All special orders must be confirmed and paid in advance.

  • Orders must meet the $100 minimum for pickup on closed days.

  • We do not create cake & cheesecake combinations, such as red velvet cake/ cheesecakes.
