Refund policy
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At The Cheesecake Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, delicious baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned.
If your plans change and you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust production accordingly. If a cancellation is approved, we are happy to issue store credit for a future purchase. If a refund is granted instead, a $5.00 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs. All other sales are final.We currently offer our cheesecakes exactly as shown in the images.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your order for another product of equal value, provided:

The requested item is available for same-day fulfillment.

The order has not yet been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

The product is not made-to-order or custom.
Example: If you originally ordered one dozen Classic Original Minis but decide to switch to one dozen Strawberry Swirl Minis before fulfillment, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly correct the error at no additional cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will ensure the correct item is provided.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with UPS. To process this, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.
LOSS OR DAMAGE – LOCAL DELIVERIES
In the rare event of loss or damage caused by driver error, The Cheesecake Boutique will take full responsibility for replacing your order.

If we cannot replace and deliver your order on the same day, you may choose between:

Delivery on the next available day during our hours of operation (Wednesday–Saturday), or

A full refund of your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of:

Incorrect orders (sent in error by The Cheesecake Boutique)

Damaged or lost local deliveries caused by TCB or our delivery drivers

Shipping damages, upon verification and successful claim processing through UPS

In all other cases, we offer store credit or exchanges in accordance with the policies above.
