Shipping Day
We ship Mondays only to maintain freshness and avoid weekend transit delays.

Order Cutoff
Order by Sunday at 9 PM EST to ship the following Monday.
Orders placed after this time will ship the next Monday.


Shipping Rates (Zone-Based)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We ship via UPS 2-Day Air using distance-based zones:

  • Zone 1 -  $22
  • Zone 2 - $32
  • Zone 3 - $42

Rates are aligned with actual carrier costs to ensure safe, temperature-controlled delivery.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

During peak seasons, specific cutoff dates will be announced.

Orders placed after those deadlines will ship on the next available Monday.
No refunds will be issued for orders placed after cutoff.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging

Each order is carefully packed using:

  • Insulated packaging
  • Dry ice
  • Frozen Gel packs

This ensures your cheesecakes remain at optimal temperature during transit.


Shipping Schedule

  • Orders ship Mondays only
  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

Processing Times:

  • Traditional cheesecakes: Prepared in advance and shipped on the next Monday
  • Gluten-Free & Vegan: Require up to 72 hours preparation, then ship the next available Monday

Shipping Method

We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive and refrigerate the package upon delivery.

The Cheesecake Boutique is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

We use UPS 2-Day Air, a fast and reliable service designed to deliver your cheesecakes fresh.

While most packages arrive on time, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


If a Delay Occurs

If your shipment is delayed due to a carrier-related issue, we will:

  • Assist in tracking your package
  • Work with UPS on your behalf when applicable

In some cases, UPS may issue a shipping refund, but this is determined solely at their discretion.


Important Notes

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Access issues (e.g., gated communities, unavailable recipient)
  • Carrier operational delays

Refunds are not guaranteed for delays outside of our control.

Receiving Your Order

Gel packs may arrive thawed — this is normal and indicates proper temperature control during transit.


Storage Instructions

Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
You may also freeze for later enjoyment without compromising quality.

  • Available Wednesday–Saturday, 12 PM – 4 PM
  • Same-day and scheduled delivery available
  • Delivery radius: Up to 50 miles from Fayetteville, GA
  • Delivery fees range from $15–$45, based on distance
  • Final delivery rate is calculated at checkout

Delivery Process & Expectations

We use a third-party logistics provider with independent drivers.

By selecting local delivery, you agree to the following:

  • Delivery is typically completed within 2 hours of order confirmation
  • Rush delivery is not available
  • Drivers provide contactless delivery
  • Drivers do not enter residences
  • Deliveries to businesses may be left with front desk or concierge

If sending as a gift, please notify the recipient.
Cheesecakes are temperature-sensitive and must be refrigerated upon delivery.

The Cheesecake Boutique is not responsible for orders left unattended.


Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen conditions.

If this happens, you will be notified via text with an updated delivery time.


Loss or Damage (Local Delivery)

If loss or damage occurs due to driver error:

  • We will replace your order, or
  • Offer delivery on the next available day, or
  • Issue a full refund
