Cheesecakes are temperature sensitive and do not do well in heat. Ideally, they should be transported in an air conditioned car. If your travel time is longer than 25-30 minutes we recommend you bring a cooler that can accomodate your cheesecake size.

Immediately place cheesecake in the coldest part of the refrigerator (usually the back) until ready to serve. If all of your cheesecake is not eaten in the same day, you may wrap tightly and store in the freezer to maintain freshness.

Yes! Cheesecakes freeze very well provided you wrap tightly and it is as air tight as possible, then store in the back of the freezer. If your cheesecake is topped with fresh fruit then remove the fruit first before freezing.
