Local Delivery QUICK FACTS :

  • We deliver Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM - 4 PM.
  • Order online to schedule same-day delivery or schedule ahead.
  • Delivery is available within 70 miles of our bakeshop in Fayetteville, GA. To ensure your order arrives fresh and on time, we work with trusted delivery providers, and their fees are simply added at checkout.
  • Fees range from $15 to $45 based on mileage and are calculated at checkout.

     

     SHIPPING POLICY

    At The Cheesecake Boutique, we understand the importance of ensuring that your cheesecakes arrive in perfect condition. That's why we've carefully curated a shipping process that prioritizes both cost-effectiveness and timeliness while maintaining the utmost care for your delicious treats.

    Temperature-Controlled Packaging:
    To guarantee the integrity of our cheesecakes during transit, each order is meticulously packed in industry-leading, temperature-controlled packaging and gel packs. This packaging not only preserves the delightful taste but also ensures your cheesecakes arrive safely.

    Traditional Cheesecakes will be shipped within 24 hrs of ordering.  Wednesday Orders will be shipped the following Monday.

    Gluten-Free and Vegan Cheesecakes require 72 hrs to prepare and will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

    Shipping Schedule -  We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, to avoid any weekend delays. Your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

     

    SHIPPING COSTS                                                                                                                                                     We offer a flat rate UPS 2nd DAY AIR flat-rate shipping of $25 within the United States. The shipping fee covers the cost of delivery and includes the highest quality insulated packaging and gel packs,  to ensure the quality is preserved during transport.  Save by ordering multiple boxes  (detailed in product descriptions) —and you still pay the same flat shipping fee.  

    SHIPPING METHODS

    We proudly offer efficient UPS 2-day Air shipping to deliver your cheesecakes fresh to your doorstep. This ensures that you receive your order on time while maintaining the quality and flavor of our artisanal creations. Please be sure someone is available to receive your order. TCB will not assume responsibility for cheesecakes that are left unattended.  

    UPS  2nd Day Air guaranteed services, which means that they guarantee that they will deliver the item by the end of the second day after mailing.  There is no other guarantee relating to time.

    Shipping Delays and Refunds:  If UPS fails to meet its commitment for the UPS 2nd Day Air delivery window, you will be able to claim a refund for the full mailing costs.  We can assist with that. This delay must be a result of an error or inefficiency in UPS's system. UPS reserves the right to deny refunds in certain situations, including when the weather is bad. If a natural disaster or major storm occurs in the area in question, UPS will not issue refunds for items not delivered on time. Equally, if they are unable to deliver the package because nobody is there or the building is inaccessible, they will not take responsibility for this delay. Make sure someone will be available or access will be available. Anything outside of UPS’s control that causes a delay will likely result in a refund being denied.

    Track Your Order:

    For your convenience, we provide tracking information once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and plan accordingly for its arrival.

    Receiving Your Order:
    As cheesecakes are perishable, we kindly request that someone be available to receive the delivery. Upon arrival, you may notice that the gel packs included in the packaging have thawed. This is perfectly normal and indicates that your cheesecakes have been kept at an optimal temperature during transit.

    Storage Instructions:
    For the best experience, we recommend refrigerating your cheesecakes immediately upon receipt. If you're not planning to enjoy them right away, feel free to freeze them for later indulgence. Our carefully crafted desserts will maintain their exquisite taste, texture, and quality when stored according to these instructions.

    TCB uses a third-party logistics provider that utilizes independent contractors (drivers) who fulfill delivery requests.  Drivers are not employees of TCB and by using these services you, the recipient, agree to the following terms outlined in our local delivery policy.                   

    SCHEDULING & DELIVERY TIMES                                                                                                                            When requesting a Same-Day delivery, the delivery process takes approximately 2 hrs from the time your order is confirmed to the scheduling and completion of your delivery. We are unable to offer rush deliveries.                                                                              

    • Drivers provide contactless delivery services, which means that drivers will call to inform you of your delivery. If they cannot reach you, they will then ring the doorbell or knock on the front door, and leave the package at your doorstep or designated drop-off point. 
    • Drivers do not enter residences.  Driver, at the client's request, may enter a professional building or business and leave the package at the front desk, concierge, or at a designated drop-off point.  
    • If sending a package to someone else,  please notify the recipient of the delivery, as cheesecakes are temperature-sensitive and require refrigeration immediately upon receipt. 
    • TCB cannot assume responsibility for cheesecakes that are left unattended. 

     

    LATE DELIVERIES

    At times, your delivery may be delayed due to heavier-than-usual traffic or any incidents that may happen en route.  We will notify you by text message of any delays and keep you updated on the expected time of your delivery. 

     

    LOSS OR DAMAGE (for local deliveries)

    In the event of loss or damage due to driver error, TCB will assume responsibility for the replacement of your order.  If we cannot replace and deliver the order on the same day, the customer will decide if they would like the item delivered the next available day, within our hours of operation, ( Wednesday - Saturday), or accept a total refund.
