Ordering and Shipping

To Order


  • You may place your order in person at our bakeshop or by phone.  Please call (404) 725-4898 Mon-Fri by 3 pm. Our products are made to order and require a minimum lead-time of 48-72 hours, one week during the holiday season. 
  • We will do our best to accommodate any rush orders. A fee may apply. 

Pick-Up, Delivery, & Shipping

  • We will call or text you to confirm pick-up day and time at our bakeshop.
  • Presently, we deliver personal orders for our Mini Cheesecake via UberEATS, DoorDash or GrubHub. Please place your order thru their platform.
  • Delivery is optional with all large custom orders. A delivery Fee will apply.
  • Shipping is available thru FedEx.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • We  accept cash, debit or credit cards. If ordering by phone, a Square-Up invoice will be sent to you by email for payment.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Transporting and Storing

Transporting


  • Cheesecakes are temperature sensitive and should be kept refrigerated. Please transport in an air-conditioned car. If you are planning on making stops or driving long distance please use a cooler 

Packaging

  

  • If you bring your own cooler(s) it should accommodate a 10x10x5 box(es). We can provide complimentary ice packs to maintain the temperature.  We also can provide a cooler with icepacks for an additional $5.  

Storing

 

  • Upon arriving home, place cheesecake in the coldest part of the refrigerator. Cheesecakes that do not have fresh fruit can be placed in the freezer until you’re ready to serve.
